In a private and peaceful rural setting, surrounded by fields and copses inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife, with panoramic views of the lovely Cleveland Hills and North Yorks Moors AONB only 4/5 miles away, yet very conveniently only 1 mile from the centre of the delightful village of Hutton Rudby situated on the River Leven, with all its amenities including 3 welcoming, character village inns plus restaurant, all serving good meals , take-aways and a 7am - 10 pm opening hours well- stocked village shop/convenience store, barber/hairdresser and a Post Office, nestled between the lovely old market towns of Stokesley and Yarm, with excellent transport links via road, rail, air and sea. Centrally located for exploring North Yorks Moors, Helmsley & Pickering, Richmond & Dales, Thirsk & Vale of York, the beautiful, historic North Yorks Coast just 25 mins Saltburn with lovely sands & Victorian pier, just 40/45 mins to Whitby and just 1 hour or less to the historic Cathedral & University Cities of Durham, York & Newcastle!
