Leveret Lodge: Luxury Timber Lodge. 42' x 20' - 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6.  Luxury Outdoor Hot Tub sunken in Timber Decking. Timber exterior.  ‘New England’ style interior fresh, light and airy with contemporary light- painted walls and ceilings.

All Lodges have:
•    OUTDOOR HOT TUB, BBQ and PATIO FURNITURE on south-facing, timber- decked balconies
•    Flat -Screen Wall- mounted TV/DVD/CD with SKY FREEVIEW
•    Spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Fully integrated kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan.
•    Vaulted ceilings throughout affording lovely sense of space and light
•    Double glazed and Central-heating throughout. French windows. Timber decked balcony

•    Entrance hall/utility/cloaks with washer, dryer, LPG combi-boiler for instant hot water and central heating, useful extra sink with single drainer
•    One double bedroom with double bed and En-suite Shower Room plus one or two twin bedrooms each with 3’ single divan beds
•    Main bathroom with bath plus overhead shower
•    Beds made up for your arrival
•    Car parking for one car adjacent to lodge. Extra parking areas on site- please enquire  if more than one vehicle

Further Information
•    Bed linen is provided, however you need to supply your own towels. Towel & travel cot hire available for air/rail travellers with limited luggage space. Z-bed hire* -May be available, depending upon nature of group (placed in spacious open-plan living area).
•    Outdoor Activities do not form part of the lodge hire, are provided by arrangement with our neighbouring well qualified and professionally run Centres and are subject to availability. Rates are subject to party size and preferred activities. Bookings are recommended well in advance, although this does not rule out the possibility of ‘last minute’ bookings when obviously activities may be limited or unavailable
•    Young groups must be accompanied by appropriate ratio of group leaders
•    All male/ all female groups – please check when booking. Sorry no hen/stag or similar parties as this is a peaceful site.
•    Sorry, no pets - All non-smoking accommodation
•    Due to our Green Energy Conservation Policy, sensible and responsible usage of gas and electricity is requested. Any excessive and/or careless additional usage will be charged for on departure at suppliers' rates only, with no profit for us. Thank you.
