The lodges are timber clad, excellent quality throughout and are constructed to meet BS3632 requirements for all-season warmth and comfort and to preserve the highest of standards and the exclusivity of our Park.

Thoughtfully designed and fitted to combine style and comfort with everyday practicality to suit all our visitors who deserve the lap of luxury on return to base, after the day's activities!

We will help you with your choices to suit your personal taste and budge, whether modern or traditional, and will do all the running around for you, so that your lodge is fully furnished, if you so wish!

Your Choice of Holiday Lodge from list of carefully selected quality manufacturers: Retreat Lodges, Retreat Homes, The Retreat, Pathfinder Advent, Omar, Tingdene or manufacturer of your choice but which must be timber clad and meet our high standards and our approval.
  • Lodge Sizes: 40' x 20', 42’ x 20’, 50' x 20' : can be 1 to 4 bedroomed with bedroom/study/wet-room/less able design options.
  • A Typical Lodge Layout comprises: Entrance hall and hallway leading to main bathroom/w.c
  • Optional open-plan lounge/dining/quality kitchen.
  • Double/twin bedrooms, master with en-suite shower/w.c. and walk-in wardrobe/store.
  • Generous timber decked veranda/balcony with HOT TUb option( can be sunken or otherwise), accessed by French windows
  • Allocated parking and landscaped gardens, maintained within the annual service charge.
  • Option of 3 small steps with sturdy handrail or Timber decked ramp allowing wheelchair access
  • Option of standard, Granite or Iroko work tops.
  • Option of recessed ceiling lights with dimmer controls.
  • Optional Security alarm.
