We will help you with your choices to suit your personal taste and budge, whether modern or traditional, and will do all the running around for you, so that your lodge is fully furnished, if you so wish!

Lodge Sizes:

42’ x 20’ : can be 2 or 3 bedroomed with bedroom/study option.

A Typical 2-Bedroomed Lodge Layout comprises:

Entrance hall and hallway leading to main bathroom/w.c

Optional open-plan lounge/dining/quality kitchen.

Two double bedrooms, master with en-suite shower/w.c. and walk-in wardrobe/store.

Externally:

Generous timber decked veranda/balcony with exterior lighting.

Allocated parking and landscaped gardens, maintained within the annual service charge.

Extra Options:

Timber decked ramp allowing wheelchair access.

Rear decked patio area, kitchen entrance side terrace.
